Ripstar

As a marketing and communication enthusiast, my first internship was with Ripstar. Ripstar is an action sports travel organization based in Amsterdam. They organize high-end Snow, Surf and Wake Camps, instructor courses, exclusive custom trips and group trips. Their goal is to inspire Ripstar's guests and let everyone discover their potential. They achieve this by creating unique journeys, in which the team is happy to share their knowledge, expertise and passion about the sport with the guests. During the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to be the team manager assistant and Spanish speaker in the surf camp of northern Spain. As a result of this internship, I acquired a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communications, and hospitality.
