There is no doubt that I am a board sports enthusiast and that I looked for brands that are as enthusiastic as I am. As a result, O'Neill was the ideal place to be!

O'Neill, the original California surf and lifestyle brand, was founded in 1952 by Jack O'Neill. The company's core values revolve around producing functional and innovative board-riding products. O'Neill's legacy includes groundbreaking inventions like the neoprene surf wetsuit and stitch-less board shorts. It was my privilege to serve as a Brand Marketing Intern for the brand as part of my graduation internship. My responsibilities included conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns and materials, managing social media accounts, monitoring brand performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. I gained valuable hands-on experience in marketing and contributed to the brand's growth and success during this internship.
